Kris, a proud new mom, and Jacqui, a mother of two grown sons and grandmother of five, merged their combined 15 years of knowledge and experience and jointly started Lil’ Yogies, a practice with a primary focus on children’s yoga. Their year round instructed classes incorporates various levels such as: Moms-to-be (prenatal), new moms of infants 1-3 (tiny tot yoga and moms). A noteworthy and exceptional feature of their service is that all sessions are jointly conducted by Kris and Jacqui. This unique approach allows moms and children the opportunity to receive relaxed, individual attention.


Jacqui Martins is a Reiki Master and Yoga Instructor. Her training includes kids Yoga- Rainbow Kids & Young Masters and Yoga for Youth Addictions. For three years, Jacqui immersed herself in an ashram in India where she absorbed an irreversible transformation that inspired and guided her in service to various citizens within the global family. The spiritual teachings and philosophy of yoga opened doors that led her in the direction of a connected relationship between mind, body, soul and outlook on life. For many years, Jacqui worked with homeless youth and for homeless street outreach in the Toronto downtown core. Jacqui also teaches Yoga Nidra (Divine Sleep), a gentle meditation practice that relaxes the mind through head-to-toe visualization to help balance and restore new sources of energy.


Kris Hoult Won is a yoga instructor for all ages. Kris undoubtedly believes that benefits to the human body through yoga practices, stimulates a natural connection to spiritual and mental wellness. She delights in sharing her passion and in witnessing the joint development between mind and body. After completing her training in Los Angeles, Kris moved back to Toronto to settle and raise a family. Her varied 12-years experience includes techniques such as: Radiant Child Teacher Training, Rainbow Kids Teacher Training, Fertility and Yoga Birthing Training, P3Yoga and East village Yoga Training. Kris is specifically focused on moms, babies, toddlers and older children.
